By accessing and using armstrongholdco.com and engaging design, development, or consulting services through Armstrong HoldCo LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Armstrong HoldCo LLC provides website design, web development, AI integration, SEO optimization, and consulting services. Engagements begin with a free 30-minute introductory call, followed by a scoped proposal with fixed pricing. Project timelines and deliverables are defined per engagement.

Projects are scoped via a written proposal that includes deliverables, timeline, and fixed pricing. Payment is processed through Stripe. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Refunds are available only for work not yet started — once design or development has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.

Upon full payment, all custom design and development deliverables become the intellectual property of the client. Armstrong HoldCo LLC retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any proprietary tools, templates, or frameworks used during the engagement remain the property of Armstrong HoldCo LLC.

Armstrong HoldCo LLC delivers design and development services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or search engine rankings resulting from our work. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the engagement.

Your contact and project information is used solely for communication and project delivery. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued engagement of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
